I work 12 hr shifts, so feasibly the urine could sit there for up to 12 hrs until I got off work. I am sick of stains on carpet, but do not want cold ceramic tile. Help!
The obvious answer is laminate.
Hardwood may stain, or soak up the urine and/or smell. It will also scratch, and the scratches may be easily seen due to a discoloration...
And bamboo would be the worse choice... Not only is it awfully expensive, it would indefinitely hold the smell, and probably soak some urine in... There are articals saying that bamboo is also easily scratched by dog nails...
