Hello

I was after some advice I live in a semidetached bungalow and the neighbors bedroom is against my bed room ,they are old and very noisy e.g., shouting and banging cupboard doors , I can hear everything that goes on , I have put cork tiles on the wall and then battens with 15mm sound stop plaster board , filled with polystyrene sheets between the plasterboard and the wall and have to say that this has not made much difference at all I also have laid carpet down on my loft Joyce's and put bits of carpet on the wall in the loft , but still this has had no affect on the sound , the room has a wooden floor but its only floorboards on concrete I'm not sure if this would affect the sound. does any one have any suggestions on what else I can do ??
