It costs less to install a wood floor or carpet?
the room is 20 by 30. Plywood not there. I rent, so I'm looking for the least expensive way, either by adding or rugs that I have heard that sold as "fake wood" any ideas?
carpet costs 15 to 25 per square foot depending on quality. click the modern wood materials is very durable and probably the same price or cheaper maybe 12 per square meter (1.50 per foot) and you can install yourself. The advantage of wood is that it can withstand years of the tenants. renters can destroy the carpet in one year!
