Hardwood Floor Finish vs. end in place?

What do you think? I'm having a tough time deciding between prefinished and unfinished (finished on site) hardwood flooring for our new home. Anyone have one or the other and can give me pros and cons? I love to hear from professionals plant. THANKS!

i used to install and finish hardwood floors. and repainting of old … believe me when I walk into a room with things before I just throw … you can not match the actual supply if done right … I put some (if the owner cooperated fully) that were just masterpieces. and you, the owner gets the rights always bragging …. large plant work is a work of art created by the owner and craftsman!
