Vinyl Flooring installation questions (Canada)?

I have a couple of questions ….. Does anyone have any experience in dealing with department stores Box vinyl flooring install sheet? One reason why I am asking is that I can move my fridge and stove for myself. I need to be moved for installation and then returned when cured. Is this part of the service? (HD, Rona, Lowes, etc.) In addition, a linoleum floor as original and then the previous owners used vinyl tiles on top of it. Is it OK to just install on top of that or should I take it off, or just outside the vinyl tiles? If I take the vinyl tiles off the linoleum tiles also come out and I have a huge mess to deal a? Arggg … the joys of renovation budget

This would be cheaper to leave a 1 / 4 "sub floor on top that already exists. Comes in 4 'x 8' sheets, but I'm not sure what is rational pricing in Canada. I'm from the U.S. The great big box stores sit for you, but I would check a couple of places and know what it costs. They move out the fridge and stove. One idea is – if you have a drawer of your stove, take the drawer and see if the floor extends under the stove. A kitchen is not too difficult to move. Also, if you can borrow a hand truck of a refrigerator is not too difficult or especially if you can empty – take all the bottles and clean well. Another thought, once the sub floor is laid, might want to try to installing the floor yourself. Vinyl tiles or a large width. Again, do not have to take something up or put a sub floor if you decide to put that new-wood look like vinyl flooring. You put a mattress down a membrane and then set the vinyl wood on top of it – only snape together. A woman can do in one afternoon. Read the instructions, I think you take the molding off the walls and then start to 1 / 2 ", then the floor is down, put down new trim to match. Good luck.
